Hello Brother Knights!
We are in need for volunteers to fill some important shifts throughout the Day and Night! This is a fun event and a major fundraiser for the council, as well as a major contribution to the community so we’re looking forward to your involvement. Please note that we have a lot of shifts to cover this year as the format and schedule have changed.
As in past years, children 16 years and older are welcome to help out in the mobile kitchen provided that the parents are present during their shifts. Additionally, hats or hairnets are required for all volunteers.

There are 7 different roles within the mobile kitchen:
Setup Crew: Prepares the trailer for daily operations
Window Manager:Calls out orders and delivers food to customers
Fryer Manager:Frys french fries, chicken tenders, and rocky mountain oysters
Fry Prep Manager: Puts baskets together and delivers drinks to window manager
Hot Food Manager:Boiles brats, hot dogs, and corn
Hot food Prep Manager: Puts baskets together and delivers to window manager
Cashier:Takes orders and payments
If you are new to the Fair, there will be plenty of very experienced Knights to help, guide, and train you.
