On Wednesday 8-23 we will move-in to the Fairgrounds, if you have signed up to help with move-in, can you Please plan on showing up at 9am.
The trucks and cargo trailer will need to be unloaded and product moved to various sites on the Fairgrounds. So once again if you signed up to help with move-in time has changed to 9am.
We will have a short general meeting starting at approximately 6pm, in Kirk Hall at Fairgrounds. With food and safety training to follow as well as a walk-thru. Pizza will be available for a quick meal.
